Not just an ordinary gin selection!
NOG! No Ordinary Gin
NOG! gin is one of Bert’s special projects. NOG! stands for ‘No Ordinary Gin’ and that is exactly what it is. The idea was to create a gin for drinking neat but also with tonic. With his expertise he created a gin that was finished in one of his previously released whisky casks. This gives the gin a nice color, more roundness and for sure more complexity.
NOG! is released in small batches and when it hit the shelves for the first time it was a big success. As a result many other small batches followed, each finished in a specific Asta Morris cask.

D.R.K.N.S.S. is a rare and exclusive gin that was not for sale in the shops. The gin could only be tasted in the 'Upper Room Bar' of the glamorous and trendy restaurant The Jane. The restaurant is based in Antwerp and is awarded with two Michelin stars.
The gin was matured in an oak Benriach whisky cask which was destroyed after the bottling. A relic of the cask is attached to each of the 73 bottles.
The gin does not need any garnish or tonic water and is best to be drunk neat.
Strength: 47,8% ABV
Botanicals (main): juniper, tangerine, hops, malt, orange, coriander, clove, fennel & cocoa
Soul Gin is made from a recipe developed by Bert after he had been challenged to make a gin to enjoy neat. This gin has been conceived to be able to stand a cask maturation of seven months up to more than two years. This maturation substantially changes the gin.
Soul (or Tamashi) Gin is only available in Japan and Hong Kong. In Europe it can be tasted at The Jane restaurant, based in Antwerp (Belgium), as they have an exclusivity agreement. Wider availability in Europe since 2018.
